These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Morning Statistics (the "Service"), operated as "Morning Statistics" ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing any resource on this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Morning Statistics is a digital content platform where contributors share statistics and data-science learning materials — including PDFs, images, and videos. Some resources are free; others are available for one-time purchase or via subscription.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to purchase or access certain resources. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment security on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

4. License to purchased content

When you purchase or unlock a resource, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view that resource for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use. Resources are provided for in-browser viewing only. You may not:

  • Download, copy, capture, or otherwise reproduce a resource beyond the built-in viewer;
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account access or purchased content with others;
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, screen-recording software) to extract content;
  • Remove any copyright, attribution, or watermark from a resource.

We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating this section without a refund.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Morning Statistics — including text, design, branding, and contributor materials — is owned by us or our contributors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is error-free or suitable for any particular exam, course, or certification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Statistics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
